The Glacier Hotel in Les Diablerets puts you on the snow from the door, across the road from the cable cars. Five more are a short walk from a lift, from Hotel Arc-en-Ciel by the Eggli gondola in Gstaad to Golfhotel Les Hauts de Gstaad by the Saanersloch gondola. None of the Gstaad five-star hotels is ski-in ski-out; they run shuttles to the lifts instead.

The cable car leaves from Col du Pillon, a few minutes’ drive above Les Diablerets. The nearest hotels are in Les Diablerets and Gsteig, five to eight minutes away by car.
